O.P. Request new Password - Oh oh!
Hi, my niece is visiting, and she couldn't log on to her Live Messenger account.
She requested a new password and it has been sent to her hotmail account - which she can't get into any longer - Is it possible that requesting a new password changes the password on the place she needs to go to get the new password?
Update. Problem solved. Found the winsows live support people.
