I have used the same windows live ID to use messenger/hotmail for about 3 years or so now.

I recently just created another one for back up purposes, which is what i used to create this account.

My primary windows live ID/hotmail email has been hacked, and i have no access to log in to it or change my password.

I have tried every possible option within my power to fix this problem, so i can continue using this hotmail. it is very important to me that i use this to contact people i care about.

Im not sure what can be done, but alas i have come to this forum as my last option for help.

I was hacked by a keylogger by the way, but all the problems have been fixed except for this. I have no way to change my password, i am guessing that the hacker changed my alternate email along with my secret question.

You will need to contact Microsoft. They will end up asking you this series of questions to prove your identity.
