This is a support forum for Messenger Plus! Live, not for Windows Live Messenger.
If you can't remember your secret answer and don't have an alternate e-mail address selected in your account then I don't know if you can retrieve your password via any other means.
It may be possible to contact Windows Live Support and get the password reset by proving your identity some other way, but I couldn't say for sure
