O.P. nod32 detects virus like messenger plus
when the messenger will update my nod32 antivirus detects the virus as messenger plus: a variant of potentially unwanted application Win32/MessengerPlus.
will that is the same virus or false-positive

This is a false positive, the software is perfectly fine to use and is virus free.
