No, since Messenger Plus! is made for Windows Live Messenger, and Windows Live Messenger runs on the Windows platform, Messenger Plus! can only run on Windows.

Thanks for your reply. Is there any such messenger application which works on Linux?

Alternatives to Windows Live Messenger for Linux are:aMSN, there's also Pidgin and a few more. Messenger Plus! (which is an add-on, not an IM client) will work on neither of them though.

It has been done a few times using Wine. However, this can and most likely will be buggy, and not as reliable as Windows.

You also might find it hard to find support if anything goes wrong. Have a look at this article anyway. It has a guide along with alternatives as well :P
