請問出在哪 為什麼我要加密聊天資料會顯示這樣的視窗出來呢？

The OP says when s/he selects to encrypt his/her chat logs, the "he cryptographic key cannot be generated on this computer" message box shows.

To little fan: take a look at CookieRevised's reply to Logs encryption problem .
