I've been having this problem for a while now. Basically, what happens is that when someone adds me on MSN, no pop up window would show nor would a yellow bar. 've tested it myself by adding myself on another account, there's just no indication that someone requests to add me.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Hi Nostrilrolls,

There seem to be no other recent reports about this as a bug. To me, a yellow bar that says "You have 1 invitation" displays on the bottom of the contact list. It may take a few minutes for it to load.. You also may want to check out your privacy settings.

I've noticed this problem myself, when "quickly" wanting to add a contact, I would add them and ask them to add me too, that usually would cause one another to appear in the Contact list within a few minutes, though sometimes the contact would still be "Offline" for a little while longer..

hmm. i thought the wlm team built this new version so it requires for both contacts to add eachother? (security reasons?)
I may be wrong, but i remember hearing about it.

Ahahaha I see. Well that's quite a hassle. Thanks for the notice though.
