Resource (theme-minimalist-square.css) gives a 404 error

Resource (http://www.msgplus.net/App_Themes/MsgPlusRegular/Images/Web_Icons_Pics_Skinpack.jpg) can not be found. (Although it doesn't 404 and can be loaded separately)

Isn't this just the way life goes these days?

Right. But aside from the css giving a 404 (does not seem to be used), I don't see any rendering issue or am I missing something here?
