Title says it all

it's a system that let you (or maybe only us, elites, mods & admins) give a mark to each user, based on his/her posts.

Uhmm... its not really a great feature, could cause confusion, with with newbie members.

All the pro's, con's, etc... of all the different possibilities are in that thread, so for people who want to reply, please READ it first. (yes I know it's much, but you realy should read it if you wanna reply on this subject)

TBH, those ideas were a little wayward. This sytem had no input from any of us (apart from mybb staff obviously); and atm i consider it a test. I don't personally think it will last long because of the problems and questions that it will cause. And how accurate will it be?

and wdz said that he didnt want new suggestions
he said that he is going to work on the feature and then will add it
only elites and staff will be able to vote.

i think that everyone should be able to add rep-points

obviously there would be limits to how much people would be able to give.

It works very well on many other forums

Arent we all just going to give each other nice ones and then when an idiot comes online under rate them?

I dont exactly understand but I cant see it lasting long

Will there be any Elite Reputation level?
Or will new Elites be selected by rep points?
Will it be a post-based system?

@ some previous posts... that is why I posted that link about the big reputation discussion.... It is now up to WDZ to open/ask (again) the questions/suggestions. Everything is said in that previous thread...

reputation system. How is this any different from the rating system? Everyone will be rated nicely except for the few newbies like rice lady.....
