Is there a way in the new version to rename my contacts, and append their nickname to the custom name like in the previous version? Using the inbuilt MSN fucntion just replaces the nickname. What I want is liek before, i.e
If my friend John Smith has a nickname which says Please Help
I want to rename to
John Smith - Please Help
I used the !N fucntion before, is it supposed to work now?

No, Custom Names were removed by Patchou because MS has integrated its own version of the Custom names in Windows Live Messenger. There is currently a poll set up if you wish to ask for the feature to be brought back.

Do you mean Custom nickname? If so that feature is not in the new Plus! live version.

Discrate- yes, custom nickname....to append to their nickname, but I guess it's not available 
The one from Microsoft Sucks, we cannto append to the nickname, it just replaces

Patchou the creator has said a few words on it.
Also i heard that patchou might add the feature back into plus! live in another release if MS's one is crappy.

Yes! I need this feature. I relied heavily on it in the past Messenger Plus!, and now it's gone!? Please, Patchou. I can't rename all 200+ of my contacts again

Well till patchou add the feature back in which is highly doubt full you will have to use Microsofts.
