ok i put a cd in my drive and then it goes in and nothing happens... and when i look at My computer under hard disk drives i dont see my drive... only C:
it sounds like you have to connect your cdrom drive, maybe the IDE CABLE or the POWER CABLE is not connected very well, or maybe your cdrom drive has gone
What i did was go to control pannel then add hardware.. then i looked for my drive but it was with a !. which means its corrupted or missing.. so then i went to troubleshoot which helped me step by step to uninstall and reinstall now it works yay
