Im facing an anomalia, which doesn't let me connect to service. It occured after changing/translating a bit of msgslang.dll. I was lazy enough to not do it properly, so I copied some sections from older version. Atleast lines seemed the same.
So how does msgslang.dll affect connecting to the service?
