hello i like the look of windows vista and i was wondering dose anyone know the link for me to download the skin thing??

if you download WindowBlinds and find the VistaXP theme, then you will be able to use it

with that tool bar that is like really kool like a mac type thing??

if im not right im  sure the Vista theme was taken out of windowsblinds due to microsoft kicking up a stink

AFAIK it was the icons, it may have been the entire skin. I'm not for sure.
