setup takes 5 minutes. if not less.

It is compatible with the blogger API, as well as the MOvable Type API, the smarty API, and lots else.

IT provides tools for importing your blog from other systems.

Pages validate to XHTML 1.0 Transitional by default. surfi/likethat

and as for support, there is a forum where help can be got very quickly, especially if you search
