I still think double posting should be allowed in some cases... I haven't thought of a good way to add an option yet though...

You can, you click the edit post button, then you copy the contents of your old post there, update that post and delete the other one..

i thought its just an easier way of adding on to posts, cause  you can just use the quick reply box insted of editing and such
