Lee, I see, that program reports a number that shows in the id in the folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger\<id>
<user> - Windows user account
So what's htis useful for? to identify which folder corresponds to which client when you use multi msn?

In the MSN Messenger folder will be new folders with names based on the email address they are associated to. To find out which folder belongs to which email address, you can use this little program to convert an email address to its corresponding hash. If you wish to read more about it, take a look at msn6 user id thingy
