I asked an admin to check it out (last time you told me about it on IRC), either way with AOL your IP changes every time you connect (also reason why a range of aol ips were/are banned, there were some abusers onhere not following forumrules). So if you can't access the forums try close your internetconnection (maybe even reboot) and connect again
