In many cases this is a Messenger-server problem which you can't do much about it but report it to Microsoft (Help > Feedback), and not something todo with Messenger Plus!

PS: try to write without abbrivations. It is difficult and annoying to read. This isn't a cell phone with limited characters ;)

Did you send in a decent detailed report using Help > Feedback?

In future try and use as much detail as possible when contacting Messenger support. Imagine you have just received the same message, not knowing what the problem is what-so-ever. You need to dumb everything down and explain it to them carefully so they can isolate your problem and hopefully provide you with a detailed answer. Also when using support for any service be friendly, I often find that gets me a speedy reply :).
