Uninstall programs you arn't using and make sure you don't have spyware and viruses eating your memory?

Use a RAM manager like TuneUP MemOptimiser

its pages all unessential stuff leaving more Ram free

What kind of files? I don't see anything illegal in this thread.

Those files aren't even close to being illegal....

anyways, the whole TuneUp utilities program is pretty sweet to keep your computer in good shape, it helps a lot.

my bad.. i tried one of these but i dont know how i check if it actually did anything -_- and i dont understand it

I dont trust tune up utillities any more, the last 2 times i used em it fucked up my PC. Just check for Spyware/adware, and get an app like CCleaner to clean your reg.

i agree them utillites have cause problems for me to in the past

I like to run Ad-aware, spyware and reg cleaning programs on a regular basis, my pc has been running smooth since I got it. That was almost 2 years ago, and its still faster and better than some of my mates that they have got recently, cause theres is packed with adware, spyware and other unecessary things, run these cleaners frequently, trust me, you'll see a definite change.. I use:

Ad-aware SE
SpyBot Search and Destroy
TweakNow RegCleaner
CCleaner
MemOptimizer
