[b] ive downloaded handwriting plugin and i need help installing it please can someone help me???

Some info on your comp would help and what the plug-in is and where you got it from! Most the time you just bung the .dll file in C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! 2\Plugins

downloaded it from messenger plus website and plugin called handwriting

yes.close messenger. copy the file to your msgplus directory, then to the folder called plugins. and then restard messenger...done

what windows u running? i had the exact problem, but then i found out it only works with xp.

i got windows 2000 professional

I run Windows XP, and I can't get the Handwriting plugin working either, because it disallows me to start conversations when I try to install the plugin... Yet I can't find the "Ink Redistributable" that the Handwriting plugin says I need before installation...

Best thing to do is install InfoPen instead, go to your Messenger Plus! 2\Plugins folder, and delete the following two files when Messenger isn't open:
Developers.txt
MsnHandWriting.dll

At least then Messenger will allow you to send messages to other people. ^^; Until I find the ink redistributable, I won't be able to solve this. If anybody knows where it is or could send it to me via e-mail, Messenger or AIM, I'd be more than happy if they could. If they find a website with it, they could post it here so the problem is solved for everyone.

rite ok...ive got windows ME.  i get the same error about not being able to start a convo with the plugin installed (ive also installed the ink redis. thing that came in the same zip file - i have infopen but have not installed it)  so can i still install this?!

um ok i have win98 does it work with that or wat? i cant start any conversations with it installed! i have to go to the plus plugins folder and delete it manually. help!
