RE: Tabbed MSN
wonderful idea :D
i tried the first version it gave some sort of MS-DOS error although the registration went fine... anyway, I downloaded the vbruntime files...
as for the new version, it didn't work, but maybe because i don't have windows messenger... anyway, i am downloading windows messenger now and hope it'll work

just a quick remark: once i close msn, the "tabbed msn.exe" doesn't close... was wondering if that's an error or maybe it's just me

oh and if it's possible... can you make the popup toast optional because it's kinda buggy showing everytime msn messenger is launched *-)

Same happens for me too. Also whenever I close the tabs with the command, it get an error that tabbed msn has had an error and closes. Could it be that I haven't closed all the windows of the tabs when I'm closing them?

Exactly the reason why you shouldn't uninstall or disable Windows Messenger on XP... There is a reason why MS doesn't want you to uninstall it...

That's for the dutch version of Windows Messenger. The official homepage is http://messenger.microsoft.com/ This will redirect you to the download page of Messenger in your language... Anyways... what I wanted to add: if you reinstall Windows Messenger, it can be acting up again in different situations you don't like. In that case, "HIDE" Windows Messenger as described here: http://shoutbox.menthix.net/showthread.php?tid=21...d=201175#pid201175

Once you get it you can hide it

Run the Installation Wizard again, but this time Click Uninstall instead of Install

:D work's fine with me!!! :D

only a little disappointing that when i close the "main" window i've still have a lot of click for lazy people like me, simple and fast :P;)

but love it anyway!!

one more point, you should really work on the fact it ain't shown the tab's in full-screen, especialy now that i use that handwriting plugin, because i write alot with the mouse, i need a little space :)
