Hey Everyone, here is the latest Screenshot Sender 3 Beta.

As far as i know, the only major thing not working is the Specify, but let me know what you think so far.

EDIT - Sorry this new version has taken so long, but it's finally here. 

Changes:

• Doesn't use Windows Messeger anymore
  
• New skinned look
  
• Added GIF support
  
• Started to add Multi-Lingual support
  
• It should kinda work with multiple monitors, can you let me know about this
  
• Numerous small bugfixes
  
• Probally some other stuff

To Do:

• Choose webcam device
  
• More Overlay text options like rotation
  
• Overlay watermark image
  
• Logging of screenshots sent
  
• Fix Specify
  
• Basic editing/drawing options
  
• Maybe filters like black/white etc
  
• You tell me.......

EDIT - I have reuploaded with a few changes, nothing major but i forget whats new.  Oh and look at the new look menu

EDIT - I have updated the file again as when i fixed some things, i broke some other things.

EDIT - I have update the attached file to the latest version.  There are a few changes:

• Warns you when you try to use it in a multi user convo
  
• Added an extra options tab for editing the countdown look
  
• got the overlay text working again
  
• fixed a few small bugs
  
• specify is partially working now

I'm not sure, i havent tested it on 6.2, if someone could try it and let me know...

Thats why ive released it on the forums, i want to find all the bugs and fix them before its publically released.

Woah this is a lot better

Everything seems to work fine with 6.2 i havent had a good look but everything i did try worked. Says theres a more up2date version on your site but theres no download link on the site. Also on the update box would be nicer if you make the site address a hyperlink to save loading up IE and typing it out.

if i remember right, the last time i used ss3 i was using 6.2. so the new version should work with it. and does it even matter the messenger version for a msgplus plug-in to work?

Yea, your right, the messenger version shouldn't matter, i was just saying that i hadn't tested ti on it so i didnt know.

Can someone with Windows 98 and windows ME test it too please, as ive only been able to test it on XP.  Cheers

The update is lying, i had a really high update numer when i was testing it, you have the latest version.  I'll change the update thing, so it's a hyperlink.

Had anyone had any problems or found any bugs?  Or got any simple requests?

If you have an big ideas or features then they will go on my todo list for Screenshot Sender 3.1

On your site there's a picture of an Options Screen, how to get there?

i dont think there is one in this version thats been released according to the update option theres a later version than the one we can download.

EDIT: ah

oh yea, i need to update that, thats the old options screen.

As there were more and more options, i had to use tabs to split the options up, which you can access by /xssoptions.

The options command was removed from the menu in preperation for the upcoming Plus! 3.
