bugs, phffff what bugs?

this things been fully beta tested

only "bug" is that i forgot to write and include a proper readme in the installer, but thats hardly a bug now, is it

"Bug" = all those things that I couldn't be arsed to beta test

you may not have been arsed to test, but the rest of us were, and we squished all them bugs, cept that one "bug" about the readme

i am having trouble with v 3 with msn 6.2!!! i add in the simpsons and homer sound packs, they are there when i add em but when i restart they go away and then i am left with a list of 545 to 746 of empty folders!! HELP

As a general note, if anyone else has this problem it is simple to fix (not entirely sure how it occurs, perhaps someone could enlighten me on this)

start up regedit (start->run->regedit)
navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\optimism_ software\aux3\sounds
click on the sounds folder icon and press delete.
Close Regedit at this point

Go to any conversation window and type
/xaureload

or reload plugins or restart messenger, whichever

this will have removed everything. Now you must re-add the soundpacks you want (which will all be in your \plugins\audiator\soundpacks folder and shouldnt take more than a minute or so to do)

fixed the configure button for use in plus! 3

the installer contains the latest version of the plugin already.

someone help me plz,I have messenger 6.2 and messenger plus! 3 and ive just downloaded Audiator3 and when i try to run it,it flashes up a Dos windows and disapears,and the plugin hasn't installed!! what do I need to do please?

can you give us some more information please.
eg windows version

also try copying the installer to c:\ then open a dos window
start->run->command.com
type Audiator3.exe and press enter
[or whatever you called the downloaded file]

and copy the output here if any

No it just wont do it,also the icon is blank,not like the previous audiator where the setup has an icon.My OS is Windows XP pro,if its possible that you could send me it or something,that might work,(I hope) lol
