Err... Messenger Plus! is registered as a trademark AFAIK, but I don't think much can be done against them...

Plus, it's probable that they didn't actually steal the name in purpose.

We should kindly ask them to rename their product. To something like AIM Plus.

I think it's clear it is for AIM. I can't remember one case where people downloaded the Messenger Plus for AIM and thought they downloaded the Messenger Plus! for MSN Messenger. And the product isn't new either.

"Messenger" isn't the same as MSN Messenger as you also have Yahoo Messenger, AOL Instant Messenger. True, the names look a like, you don't know when the creator of the program came up with Messenger Plus.

On topic: give the guys a break. Nobody ever heard of that and i'm pretty sure the 3 first google pages of "Messenger Plus" all return to the MSN version. So who cares anyway?
