is there any plugin that when we play any movie on a full screen mode then our all contacts those r online are blocked automatically  ???????? ^o)

no. There is no such plugin :)

Why would you want to block all your contacts though? Why not just change your status to "Appear Offline" :P

There's also a Messenger option to set your status to busy when you start a full-screen app.
