FLX - thats seems quite a problem 
Can you try this - open regedit and goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Killer Carrot\Screenshot Sender[your emaill]
and change Log from 0 to 1
Then restart MSN and it will create a log in C:\SS3_Log.txt, can you send me that log.

hmm dual monitors still isnt supported but it does weird things when i type the command /xssselect 1 in the old versions it would take a screenshot of my right screen and display it on my right screen well when i type it now it takes a screanshot of my left screen then displays it on my right screen =/
