Hah, no one make a plugin for this right?

I saw quite alot of variants on the advanced auto-reply subject in this thread, almost forcing it to turn into a plug-in... I was wondering if it couldn't just simply be started off with something like sending a different message to different contacts. I'm pretty sure that is very well possible, for you can select the people that are allowed to receive it and the people that aren't... that shouldn't be too much of a problem, should it? and on top of it: it would be very useful. imo.

But i think its an amazing idea.

I mean c'mon... it wont be like a small feature... it will be BIG, mIRC scripting is talked about all over etc and even has websites for it.

If Patchou implements a cool scripting language, with a GUI just for simplicity... then it will be good for both advanced and beginner users.

It doesnt neccasarily just have to be for an auto-away message, if it was big enough it could be to script MANY different cool features and stuff... I know the plugin feature allows you to add features but im sure theres many other things u could do with this idea...

Especially with the looping thing...

I don't even use the "Multiple Away" feature anymore. It had novelty appeal for a couple days, and then I just stopped using it, since it was much easier to set a normal away.

Do people really need a little robotic secretary now when they go to watch TV?
