not always... Plus 3.00 was released at about 8:00 GMT on sunday (of course that was late in the night for patchou)

In fact, that's the real reason why plus 3.25 isn't still out. This time translators have had very few time to do our job and there may be people who haven't still sent the translation to Patchou.

It was 5 languages that was removed, and thats because they wasnt used by enough people.
