No, it's not toon's, it's tabs, there is a bug since one or two weeks with all msncreative skins which contains tabs  . |

No, it's not toon's, it's tabs, there is a bug since one or two weeks with all msncreative skins which contains tabs .
 To bad ..... maybe in future it will work again .... 'till that time I'll do without winkin' ..... and enjoy my LOVE skin ( bacause Xmas is over now !

Updated the first post to include Futuristic MSN and Pink MSN. I would also include Fire MSN, Green Skin, and Multicolour MSN, but their installers don't work for me for some odd reason so I can't.

Winks are working fine now ... also buzz' works OK in Pink Skin now

Updated again to include AMD 64-bit MSN, Greenskin MSN, and MSN Foot. Also updated so that the Preview for MSN Mario Sunshine works, and added a Preview for XIX MSN.

how can you install the skin? i downlaoded the rar file and it has a lvlbak picture file and msngr.exe... i clicked on the msngr.exe but it just opened my msn messenger window? how does it work? do i have to re-install messenger?

You need to extract the 'msnmsgr.exe' file (and lvback.gif if you want a background image in your convo window) into your C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger directory (just make sure you back up your original msnmsgr.exe first )
