You're sure. Note that not all application s are accurate with the actual speed. Mine just runs at the default speed, never changed anything to it. In my case Windows XP reports that is 1.91 GHz. If you have 2131 MHz reported somewhere and you didn't do wierd things to your CPU setting then it's probally running just as fast or even faster as mine.

You can always overclock if you wan't, but you probally need a better cooler for that. Also this may make your system unstable if you clock it too high. Do it at your own risk :).
Finish the problem

Yours is somewhat underclocked. Overclocking would be bumping it up to a higher FSB it is not meant to support. In your bios you should be able to get it to run at the speed it should by fiddling around with the FSB and multiplier settings, if it is not in the bios you have a slightly older motherboard and you will find it in dip switches on the motherboard.

Okay, heres my current setup:

Laptop - Toshiba Satellite A20
Intel Pentium 4 3.06ghz
512mb RAM
60gb HDD
32mb built in video card

Laptop 2 - Medion 42200
Intel Centrino 1.7ghz Processor
512mb DDR Ram
80gb HDD

802.11g Wireless network card
Digital TV (DBT) Tuner

512mb DDR RAM
80gb HDD + 40gb Slave HDD
52x CD-RW Drive
52x CD-ROM
Leadtek A340 128mb DDR Video Card
17" Monitor

Dev Server
Intel Pentium 233mhz (MMX!)
128mb SD-RAM
20gb HDD + 6gb Slave HDD
52x24x52 CD-RW
