does anyone no were you can download the msgplus toolbar for firefox i think Chris Boulton made it?

Chris made it for MSG Plus users at least i think.

EDIT; Maybe he may submit to firefox and mozilla unless he already has.

It won't be, it was just a test by surfi using xml, it wasn't supposed to be anything big, just something to be used easily...
