Which is the best blogging service to use besdies msn spaces?  I like www.fotki.com but I'm looking for an alernative that is similiar...

Also, once you have a blog (whether at blogger.com or elsewhere), enable the RSS feed. Then you can get a LiveMessage account, and have a notification service like Mess.be does.
