What is a good site to test the speed of a broadband connection?.  My conection is a 5.0mpbs and I wanna see what I get.

it is so unfair everyone that doesnt live in the UK seems to have a good connection. i have a pathetic 2Mbps connection. why did i have to be born in the UK it isnt fair.

I had 128 kbps 3 months ago and will take a 1 mbps line mabbe in june. It is actually cheaper than the 128 kbps but with 128 kbps u have unlimited bandwidth and in 1 mbps u have to pay the fee for the whole year at once and u have 2 gb bandwidth. I guess thats enough. But if it aint i'll be stuck for one year so still thinki bout it. (Btw i said it was cheaper. The price difference is about 1.5 USD a month)

U can do it for free 3 times a month apparently. I'll check it out myself to c how it is. I'll edit my post with the results

Mine was 268 kbps (down) 56 kbps (up). I have 300k broadband and 2 mbps is fast man not slow.
