You can try Paint Shop Pro 9
It's 107 MB, but they use an exe file that downloads the program (you don't download it from your webbrowser)
It can also resume!

Ok i got fireworks and mate 2 ameture skins. They aint that good but i like em cause i made them myself
So i need to put some finishing touches on it with fireworks. Ne suggestions. I googled it to find tut's but none of em apply. I just want to give it a finish like the rachel bilson sig underneath.

EDIT: SInce the img codes werent working i added the urls as well.
The url's dont work directly (My dodgy host) but they do if u copy paste them.

the Rachel Bilson one i did, i put an effect called Scanlines, look up some tuts on google.

i strongly suggest obtaining Adobe Photoshop. Fireworks sucks behind in my opinion, but i suppose its whatever floats your boat.

Adobe was too complicated for me back then and i'll only get it on 15th march. Tuts on google ..... i think i said i cant find any useful ones but newayz i did say it now.
Fw is easier to use and faster but has very less features. It only has a few like emboss, bevel, hue and all the colour thingies etc ... so there is not much i can do untill i get adobe ps. But still do ne of ya'll know something. I mean how i can give a few finishing touches.

For the matrix sig i think you need to ladd a layer mask over the picture of neo to make it blend better
