Sorry! Sorry! Sorry!
but while everyone was translating 2.0, I've been secretly working on 2.1 :/
So, well, Need new translators
but this time, I'm gonna do it more organized...
First of all the whole procedure is going to change, instead of releasing, bugfixing, translating, It's now gonna be betatesting, bugfixing, translating, releasing
Anyway, I'd appreciate if everyone willing to translate would sign up to:
http://stuffplug.com/mailman/listinfo/translaters_stuffplug.com
For your name, fill in your forum membername, and the language translating to in square brackets (for example "TheBlasphemer [Dutch]")
(yes, that bold-typed piece counts for you too, john anderton!)
I will confirm all signups in about 2 hours, and another time tomorrow after school,
and I'll send you all the latest beta so you can start translating,
and then when translating is done, I'm going to put them all nicely in the installer with a default language picker
Oh btw, this time I intend to work together with you guys much closer, and maybe put some changes in the language system if needed for specific languages,
and you will be able to communicate with other translaters trough the mailinglist so you can help eachother
I'm using the same technique with my beta testers, and it works great,
although some of em are complaining about the quantity of emails received per day
All I can say to that is, either set mailman to email once a day and not everytime a new email is sent, read the archives every now and then, or make a filter to automatically put them in a seperate folder
Bye, TB
