do you think it would be fair if you just found that image on the net and thought it would fit very well in your website?.. thats what theyve done probably..and without knowing that it was copyrighted..

exactly, sui'ing doesnt solve anything really, just gives the Volchers more pocket money ( solicitors aka volchers ) 

My hope was that if Patchou got enough money from people illegaly using his copyrighted content, then he would have enough money to take the sponsor out of Plus!. Never going to happen, but anyways.

You're right, sueing really doesn't solve anything, it just makes people angry. And it can also give bad publicity.

patchou is canadian too i belive and is a very nice person i belive there no need to sue just a simple letter saying could you please remove this

lmao, sueing is what keeps the american economy alive, with out it, courts would fall in to disrepair

i dont see why everyone is still posting in this thread, Patchou has already emailed them, thus solving the problem.
