RE: broadband upgrade
lol, with my 576kbps i used to send out about 5gb in a week, cos i host off my own pc
i don't think i have an upload cap, because in 27 days i had sent 30gb and i have a 15gb cap so it must only b for downloads

RE: broadband upgrade
NTL is upgrading from 300k to 1megabite. Sounds great you ask but it sucks, because there is a 3gigabyte limit per month whereas the other was unlimited. 3gigabyte a month is only 12hours a day and my computer with my family using it went to about 18hours and I will only be able to play half an hour of gaming a week, that sux. NTL SUX

RE: broadband upgrade
BT are slow Movers.. Australia are in the middle od or rollin g out ADSL2 an ADSL2+ ..ADSL2 is just basically the internet speed is a lot faster, ADSL2+ you can use VOIP, Telephony on the Analogue/digital Phoneline, an get Paytv on the same phoneline but isnt secure at the moment, to get ADSL2+ you must be living within 1.5Km of the Telephone exchange , to get ADSL2, its jsut Normal, just that everyone that has ADSL1 will need an updated ADSL Modem to use ADSL2
