I know a lot of u need to make msn screenshots, now some ppl just like make the ocnatcts name blurry and I wondered how they do cuz I nee dto do it like ASAP.. so if y'all don't mind..

any decent photo editing program... i can edit them for you... (won't add n e one)

The easiest way is to just use the smudge tool that you will find in Adobe Photoshop, Ulead Photoimpact, Macromedia Fireworks... the list goes on .

Definately the easiest way is Ifranview. Plus it is freeware! One of the best!
