Hi !
I'm French (so, excuse me if i do errors on my english words).
I've a very big problem with MSN Messenger 7.0.0777.
When I launch it, it freeze immediately, then Windows (XP Pro SP2) send me an error with kernel32.dll.
I've tried to reinstall MSN, but the problem persist...
I've done a virus scan with my antivirus, and with Housecall, but I've no virus.
I don't know anymore what you do...

Did u use 6.2 before? And did that work? I guess you might reinstall windows properly and try again, it looks like a system failure to me...

I've tried to reinstall Windows, and it was without success...

Well it's in French so I can't really understand it. This problem can be caused by add-ons that don't work with MSN Messenger 7.0
Make sure no add-ons are running, including Messenger Plus!, and see if it works.

Clear your internetcache and redownload MSNM also make sure you install on an account with adminpriviledges.
