Hi all
i need to know how to hide a administrator. its a backup you see
please if you know anything plz write back a.s.a.p

I don't think that there is any way of hiding the administrator, why don't you just change the name of the administrator so that they don't know which one to choose, and add a password to it? It would be easy, just go to Start > Control Panel > User Accounts then in there press on the administrator icon,  then press "Change My Name" and change it to what you wish...

It isn't really hiding it as such, but more of putting a "mask" on who is the administrator...

how do u put a mask on it then cos i no my mum has hidden a admin account b4 so who do i hide 1

I just told you how to put a mask on it, it's not hiding it at all, it's just changing the name to something completely unrelated or whatever, then they won't know...

I really couldn't tell you how you hide it, I didn't know you could, because if you did, then you wouldn't be able to configure anything, and that isn't a good idea ...

no wot i mean is
you can have a account that is hidden from the normal windows screen but when you click Ctrl Alt Del it comes up another windows box which you then enter then name of the account and pass and that is the only way of getting it up you cant even see it in the user accounts

Oh, I understand now, go to Control Panel > User Accounts then in there, press "Change the way that users log in" then uncheck "Show the welcome screen".
