Asking questions is perfectly alright

1 - This is the time when you and the contact were last online. Any activity with the contact will be logged as a chat

2 - As the person has been on your contact list before the log for the time he was last on was recorded.

3 - You can't reset it it's fixed.

Thank you for your explanation. I think now I know what those infos mean on the features.

How accurate are those infos by the way?

They are extremly accurate as the last time youre contact were both on it is recorded. Feel free to ask any questions you like we dont bite..... much

Ok since you gave me the green light for more questions and don't bite ..just checked my contacts and their logs..

My contact info and contact clean list on one person that I chatted with today from my home pc with plus installed shows ..last online /last chat 2 days ago..so I think this is not really accurate, shouldn't this say for example 8 hrs ago? or am I just not understanding it???

Also I use Web messenger at work and had some chats with my other contacts and the contact info and etc does not show any recent chat as well..I believe it is just because I am using the web messenger , right?

The "Contact List Clean-up" window only shows the amount of days because there isn't that much space in that window to show it all. But the "Contact Information" window (right-click on a name > choose Messenger Plus! Extras > Contact Information) will always show the accurate time up to the minutes.

Indeed. Messenger Plus! can only see contact coming online and chats when you are signed in to the Messenger where you installed Plus! on.

BTW: "Last Chat" is when you last opened a conversation window with this person. So Plus! will still see it as a conversation when you open a chat window and don't say anything.
