how can i get rid of the tool bar of MSG plug??

You have installed the optional sponsor, uninstall MsgPlus to remove it. Then you can reinstall MsgPlus and choose not to install the sponsor when asked.

This is no longer needed, there is a much quicker way. Instead you can just go to add/remove programs and when asked to uninstall Messenger Plus click on install sponsor program only. After that reboot your computer and it's gone. If this doesn't work reinstall Messenger Plus with the sponsor (select I accept in this screen) and try again.
