Judging by the icon, it is a VB program...
Look into your c:\windows\system or c:\windows\system32 for that filename. Zip it and send it to me

To remove it:
1) Make sure it isn't started on startup. If so delete the specific registry key. To check for startup processes DO NOT use msconfig, but rather use a program like Sysinternals' Autoruns. See
here for more on this.

Another note on this, if it is a service you can't simply clear a registry key for that. And you need to be carefull not to damage your Windows as it could be a legit service. To turn off services start up "services.msc".
2) Reboot PC in safe mode
3) Find the file on your hdd and remove it

But make sure the file is not part of the Windows system as it seems that there also exists a legit lckfldservice.exe used for locking and hiding directories (although I doubt the legit file would have the VB icon as shown in your screenshot).
