HELP!!!!!!!! whenever i go to sign into msn
it wont let me!!!! a message comes up saying that i should troubleshoot
it but i tride that and it didnt work!!!!
Help!!!!

And! Do you have MSN 7.0 or MSN 7.5... 7.5 isn't fully compatible with Msg Plus!

well messenger plus isn't fully compatible with 7.5... sometimes stuffplug-NG is the problem... but the new version of Plus! comes out the 27th of September....

Can you actually tell us what the error is? there are several.

do you have custom names on? try turning them off

i cant trun offf my custon names because it wont let me on!!!!!!!!!
and the main problem is that...wellll it say the service is temporarly unavailable but everyone else says that they can go on?????? and the it says that i can trouble shoot it...

You can still get on the default account's settings by going to Plus! => Preferences... on the main MSN Messenger window, even if you aren't logged on.

The error message seems to be related to this issue, although I don't know why.

how will those prefrences help me??????

Do you have a firewall? Is it configured to let u run msgplus and msn messenger?

Try killing msgplus.exe to see if its the real cause of you not being able to connect, to do so :

CTRL+ALT+DELETE

Go In "Processes"

End the program "msgplus.exe"


Try To login again, if it doesnt work, then msgplus has nothing to do with it, if it does, you might have an application, as a firewall, blocking msgplus.exe?
