RE: dual monitors
I just use both ports that my video card has, so haven't confirmed it, but while researching before getting a 2nd monitor I read several times that integrated AGP chips can't be used along with an additional video card. From what I've read your additional card is PCI though, not AGP, so no idea if the same applies. That's my guess, though, since Windows doesn't recognize your second monitor.

Thst's what happens on my old computer. It has integrated graphics, and I have also installed a PCI graphics card (there is no AGP slot). In the BIOS setup, it lets me choose which to use, both isn't an option. The integrated graphics processor seems not to have its own RAM though, if I pick it, it asks me how much normal RAM to dedicate to graphics.
