I think its IE tbh, but it sucks.
Opera does this thing were it saves the cache in your RAM, so its really fast, but it releases the memory if another program needs it.

RE: Which Browser uses the least CPU and Mem?
These days you can't compare something like that. Each browser out there can theoretically utilise a different memory usage method.
Opera, in the sense you are speaking, utilises the most - as saralk has stated above - it uses ALL/most of the memory your PC has but releases it when another process needs it.
As for the other browsers, I'm currently only using Opera (new computer) so I cannot comment.

Youe second statement disproves the first. That's exactly why we can compare resource usage between browsers.

I think its IE tbh, but it sucks.
IE's usage does looks low, but IE is always running in explorer.exe, that's why it loads fast, and explorer.exe goes higher with more surfing..

Not always. Internet Explorer can work from explorer.exe but if it is running from iexplore.exe, then it wont affect explorer.exe.
I'm not sure, but I think that Internet Explorer 7 will only run from iexplore.exe. The Windows shell, explorer windows, and Internet Explorer are all integrated into one another, but since Internet Explorer 7, web pages are launched in an Internet Explorer window, which now is significantly different than normal (file) explorer windows, while Internet Explorer 6 was extremely similar to normal explorer windows in terms of its user interface.

Doesn't firefox and most of the other browsers do that?
Right now I am using firefox and it is using 46mb...
Edit:
Here it says that Opera was the fastest...

Firefox doesn't do that. In fact, Firefox utilises its cache very little, especially for web pages, that way, it makes more requests, and the times that Firefox appears in the logs of a website is higher.
Oh, okay. Is there an extension that will make this possible? (I am using fasterfox)
I downloaded Opera to give it a go and I really liked it. I think that it felt faster and better to use than firefox, but I am used to firefox and all my extensions I have (which make it slow to start up). I will keep using Opera for a while and see if I like it more, but I think I will stay with firefox because I use alot of extensions that Opera doesn't have.
