And stop buying oil, thats the stupidest things i've heard in a while! What has oil got todo with this? and if they stoped buying oil the whole nation would fall apart because their would be no transport, plastics or any other of the million oil baised things.

To be honest, nobody forced those guys to come to France or Belguim or those countries... They can always go back home...

They do last quite long (unless you think a week isnt too long) and can be reaaallyyy aweful. The worst kind We have had a few here and i have heard about one when i was about 6. The last one that i remember was about 3 - 4 years back. Even though my life was normal, i could so easily see that for others in the affected areas, this wasnt the case.

Imho that song that i mentioned totally captures everything about all these things that have been happening in the past few years (not the natural ones like the tsunami but the man made ones)

Why do you notice middle east, arabian, magrebian, northern african countrys so much ? Terrorism ? Wars ? Naaah, just the weastern world giving them money with Oil that gives them enough power to develop such crisis all over the world..

I definitly think European / American brands should invest in new "fuels" investigation( maybe risk 80% of their capital ) but a new fuel that ISNT (mainly) explored by middle eastern countrys, so they couldnt 'monopolized' us as they do, and did, quotting ben laden, who said he wanted to raise the oil price.. Why did he say that ? Woopie Fucking Duh so they get more money, even more money each day.

alot of conflicts have been caused by conflicting relgions, or something to do with religion. Religion ahs been invloved, WW2 is a good example...im not against religion just against the fact some poeple will use it as an excuse to fight...

the crusades another example...

I agree with Joe, useing your religion as an excuse for violence is completely immoral, I bet you any money that a lot of those rioting are in it because they enjoy the violence and not for the true cause... This could've easily been resolved during a peaceful procest, rather than violence...

umm i dont think a peaceful protest would have done much at all, it would have just turned violent, its happened enough times before...

It comes to belgium here too... 5 cars burned in Brussels, 1 in Lokeren and more will follow. It's only a little bit in comparisation but still this means something and also here it would be able to begin... (it were migrants who did it)
