when i install it it works fine but if i close down my comp wen i load it up again it doesnt work. it just says that i have msn mesenger on allready when i don pleas pplz

When you start up your computer, what exactly happens?
Do you get any errors? If so, what do they say?

Are you installing it on an administrator account or a restricted user account?

no erro come up
and i am not installing it on an administrator account

when i try to load messenger plus it says that msn is allready loaded but it isnt

Run Messenger Plus! from C:\Program Files\MessengerPlus! 3\MsgPlus.exe

Then run MSN Messenger from C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\msnmsgr.exe

If MSN Messenger doesn't run, it's a program with MSN Messenger, not Messenger Plus!, probely.
