i tried unistallying everything and reinstalling but it didnt work

During the uninstallation of Plus Live it asks if I want to delete some specific files like the sounds list and things like that.

Do I need to delete my sound list to make the erasing file thing work ?

My first try failure was due to the fact that I forgot to delete things like "penguin skin" or "flood messenger".

If uninstalling and reinstalling a clean version of Windows Live Messenger doesn't solve your problem, send an email to mplus@patchou.com and I'll work on that with you (make sure you have version 4.00.235 too).
