O.P.  Server going down.
I was just wondering, almost every day at around 4pm (GMT+1) the server goes down for about 10 mins 
msgpluslive.net still works but msghelp.net doesnt.

Downtime is normal, server maintenance, or problems at the data center are usually the causes |

It is probably maintenance then, they must be doing something to help improve the server

We need more info from all of you who are having problems as I cant really test this as it falls right in my commute to work.
Please provide some ping/traceroute results as it's definitily a network problem as the server logs dont seem to indiciate problems with the server or the daemons. "A towel is about the most massively useful
